Organizations are onboarded by invitation while the product is in a controlled pilot.
What it does
Built around the week a studio actually has
Publish a schedule, take registrations, teach the class, mark who came — and be able to answer questions about it afterwards.
Classes and programs
Set up a term once — classes, schedules, venues, instructors — and roll it forward when it ends. History is preserved, not overwritten.
Attendance in a tap
Instructors mark from a phone at the door. Corrections are recorded, not silently overwritten, and a student kiosk needs no login.
Events and one-offs
Socials, workshops and showcases with their own capacity, ticket options and door check-in.
Public registration
A page per class or event, with capacity, waitlists, required agreements and a confirmation step you control.
Rosters that stay right
Import from CSV or Excel with column mapping, duplicate detection and a preview before anything saves.
Team access that fits
Owners, admins, instructors and assistants each see what their job needs — nobody is trusted with more than their role requires.
Reporting and export
Attendance by session or student, registration status, and a CSV export of anything on screen.
Run the week
The term is set up once, then it just runs.
Classes, schedules, venues and instructors live in a program you roll forward when it ends. Nothing is retyped, and last term is still there when someone asks.
Generate a term of sessions and preview before confirming.
Move a student between classes without losing their history.
Registration windows open and close on the dates you set.
At the door
Check-in takes seconds — from a phone or the front-desk tablet.
Instructors see only their own class and mark from a phone. A student kiosk can take check-ins without anyone signing in on the device.
Corrections are recorded rather than silently overwritten.
Only managers can close or reopen a session.
Works on the phone already in the instructor’s hand.
Your website, connected
Keep your website. Or don’t.
Both are first-class, and you can change your mind later.
The public class-registration page, as a studio’s visitors see it.
Embed into the site you already have
Drop your schedule, a single class, a course, or a waitlist into your existing website. Registration links point back to a page you control, so the details stay correct without anyone re-typing them.
Or let Scene Lead host it
Build a managed site from your own content — branding, classes, instructors, locations, policies — and serve it on your own custom domain. Preview before you publish, and unpublish at any time.
Registration and payment
Registration and payment stay connected
Use the checkout you already have
Send registrants to your existing ticketing or payment provider while capacity, rosters, attendance and reporting stay organized in Scene Lead.
Record other payment methods clearly
Track cash, transfers, complimentary registrations and pay-at-the-door payments, each with a clear status and an audit trail.
Payment methods, automation and platform pricing vary by setup. Integrated checkout will be described here only after it is available and verified.
Who it is for
One platform, three ways in
Scene Lead is one product with three areas. Most organizations use more than one — a school that also runs socials, or a studio with a teacher taking private bookings.
Scene Lead for Studios
Run a term of classes end to end — schedules, enrollment, rosters, attendance and reporting.
Studios, schools and clubs that teach on a recurring timetable.
Classes and programs you set up once and roll forward
Enrollment with capacity, waitlists and registration windows
Attendance marked from a phone, with corrections kept rather than overwritten
Students, staff roles and permissions that fit the job
Scene Lead for Instructors
Take private bookings on your own hours — a public page, real availability, and lessons that land in the calendar.
Independent teachers and coaches who work without a studio behind them.
A public profile page with what you teach and where
Recurring availability, one-off exceptions and private busy time
Instant or approval-required booking, with holds that stop double-booking
Travel stops, so guests can book you in the city you are actually in
Scene Lead for Events
Socials, workshops and showcases with their own capacity, registration and door check-in.
Organizers running one-off events, with or without a class programme behind them.
Events with their own dates, venues and capacity
Public registration pages with waitlists and required agreements
Attendee lists and check-in at the door
Operational messaging to the people who registered
